Go ahead for Tilbury Creative Riverside Studios

Some fantastic news this month announcing that Tilbury on the Thames Trust has been awarded funding for the next phase of the project by National Lottery Heritage Fund. Laura Whiting, in partnership with Mime Consulting are part of the project team as Creative Lets Consultants, our role was to undertake market research in to creative studio provision, devise a spatial and organisational concept, outline specification and programme of spaces and activities. This was then fed into scheme devised by PRS Architects, with further collaboration on how the scheme will function as part of the overall layout.

The project team were a delight to work with and its wonderful to see Tilbury on the Thames Trust going from strength to strength to deliver this once in a lifetime project.
